What do I need to rent a vehicle?
All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and a passport.
What is the minimum age for a renter?
The renter should be at least 23 years of age.
What insurance does Jeep Rent offer?
All rented vehicles are insured. The insurance covers the following: an accident, material and physical damage caused from the extraneous person, also the damage caused by the Renter to the third party (up to 10,000 USD).
Can I rent a vehicle one way?
Some locations offer one-way rentals to specific locations. However, you will have to pay some amount of money if you would like to drop off the vehicle on a different location.
Do you offer a pick-up service?
At many locations, we offer free pick-up service to those in need of local transportation to our rental facility.
Do you accept cash or debit cards as payments?
We accept cash as well as debit cards.
Do you require deposit?
We do require a deposit of 200 (Two Hundred) USD in national currency. A deposit is used in the event of loss or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of the Car Rental Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement.
Are there any hidden costs?
Price quoted includes: full insurance Coverage, unlimited kilometrage and all local taxes. There are no hidden costs.
How much fuel will the vehicle have when I collect it?
Jeep Rent will deliver the rental vehicle with a full tank of fuel to the renter. Upon delivery of the rental vehicle the client will have to fill up the tank before returning the vehicle.
What should I do if I have problems with my car?
Before you start driving, take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the vehicle's equipment and operation, including heat and A/C, radio, lights, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts and door locks, and gas tank access. Getting distracted trying to figure out those things while driving can be dangerous. Don’t wait until the fuel warning light goes on to think about buying gas, especially if you don’t know how far it is between gas stations. If you have any problems with the car you should call us immediately and if necessary we will change the vehicle.
What should I do if I'm involved in an accident or the car is damaged during my rental?
Auto accidents are not something we like to think about, especially on a business trip or vacation, but they can and do happen, even to the most careful drivers. In case of road and transport accident, “Customer” is obliged to inform immediately respective parties: Police Tel: (+995 32) 022, Insurance Company -”IMEDI L International”, Tel.: (+995 32) 2250088; 2251188 (hotline) and the “Jeep Rent LTD” representative Tel.: (+995 551) 10 63 10, otherwise insurance company will not cover any cost of the damage that may occur.
What kind of damage is not covered by the insurance?
The insurance does not extend on damages of tires, a running gear of the car, the motor, a transmission and bridges if they are caused by a negligence of the driver or are not connected with the accident. The Renter hereby agrees that he/she shall be held fully responsible for any loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Car Rental Agreement whether the Renter did not present the Patrol report, had been under alcohol or narcotic action.
How do you count our days?
Standard Daily Rates are for 24 hours from start of rental. If a daily rental period is exceeded by more than 120 minutes, another full day will be charged. Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
